Think about this…

We all have our own habitual ways of moving, they help us out by allowing us to move through space, so we can think about other things, like remembering why we are moving!  But habits can get us into trouble when they are your only option for movement.  They can lead to overuse syndrome or asymmetries that can lead to pain and dysfunction.  I teach Awareness Through Movement lessons that are gentle explorations of how you move each side, each limb and what are your habits of moving.  And I can work one on one with an individual for more personal lessons.  Would you like to be able to move freer without resistance?  Contact me!
